We are Josh Gray and Chad Egan and have been friends and colleagues in culinary for 20 years. We are
both Chefs with a combined career of over 40 years. Our experience ranges through all facets of the
restaurant operation as we have held various positions over the years as we climbed the ladder of
success. From dishwasher to cook, bartender, server, FOH manager, BOH manager and everything in
between. We have created a unique menu that we feel will be well received by the local population as well as tourists and transients just passing through. Our commitment to delivering consistent quality and service will be top priority to ensure our guests always receive the same experience and depart more than satisfied.
